I still cannot get my head around this obsession with abortion when there are plenty of options we can do to
prevent from getting pregnant (so more education and marketing on prevention might be a good idea)
Also nobody ever talks about the consequences of an abortion, shockingly they might surface after 10 or 20 years (so more psychological knowledge about it to those asking for abortion with no deep thinking whatsoever)
I would only give the option of abortion to rape cases (obviously followed closely by police to hopefully capture the predators as well) and to those with complications during pregnancy or birth where the mother’s life is in danger and it will be her choice.
Both cases will also need psychological help afterwards whether they opted for abortion or not.
In all this it seems like we girls are not truly caring about our mental health nor how to strengthen it. We seem to want everything to happen now and quickly and we also think it’s just ours. We’ll it’s not. We never say we were a womb or an egg, we say we were sperms.
Ps. Jeanella, did you thank your parents for choosing to give you life or do you wish they aborted you?
