1. Turn the the Bingemma (Victoria Lines) trail into a national park - upgrade the place, cut down evasive trees and plant more local trees, promote it as a tourist trail. 2. Their is the proliferation of caravans which many a time do not have the adequate space to use them, may I suggest that you turn the Selmun area into a caravan and camping site, this can be developed on similar sites found abroad. This can also be promoted as alternative tourism. 3. Look at examples like Slovenia (Ljublijana) where they turned the city into a pedestrian zone, building big car parks underground so people can walk near the river etc. You can pilot this with a particular town or village eg. Lija or Balzan.
